KRAL Family is one of the leading quality-oriented families in Turkey's food sector. In 1967, in an area of 30 m2 in Alt\u0131nda\u011f district of Ankara, our founding elder Mehmet K\u00d6KSAL started to manufacture yufka and kadayif with our founder Mehmet K\u00d6KSAL and stepped into its deep-rooted journey. After this beginning, it continued its development by adding products such as fried kadayif, which was produced in small home ovens under the difficult conditions of the time.
\nSait K\u00d6KSAL continued the family tradition and in addition to the production of yufka kadayif, he started to offer products such as \u015fekerpare, kemalpa\u015fa, pi\u015fmaniye, breadsticks to his customers wholesale and retail. During this period, he also made a small start in retailing by running a grocery store.
\nSait K\u00d6KSAL's entrepreneurial spirit led him to take a decision for bigger goals by moving to a 1700 m2 workplace in G\u0130MAT Toptanc\u0131lar Sitesi in 1987. In this period, the production of products such as \u015fekerpare, g\u00fclla\u00e7, \u015fambaba, noodles and ravioli was started by increasing the variety of products.
\nIn 1994, Recep K\u00d6KSAL joined the KRAL Family as the third generation and made efforts to further expand the family business. KRAL, with the contribution of generational dynamics, moved to the factory in the current Lalahan neighborhood in 1999 due to the insufficiency of the existing production area in G\u0130MAT. In the new facility on 15.000 m2 closed area, production continues with high capacity, increasing day by day.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t[\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″]\n\t\t

During this time, he also ventured into retail by operating a grocery store.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sait K\u00d6KSAL’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to make a decision towards bigger goals by relocating to a 1700 m2 premises at the G\u0130MAT Wholesale Market in 1987. During this period, the product range was expanded to include items such as \u015fekerpare, g\u00fclla\u00e7 (a traditional Turkish dessert), \u015fambaba (a type of Turkish delight), eri\u015fte (Turkish noodles), and mant\u0131 (Turkish dumplings).<\/span><\/p>\n

In 1994, as the third generation, Recep K\u00d6KSAL joined the KRAL Family and made efforts to further expand the family business. With the contribution of generational dynamics, KRAL moved to its current factory located in Lalahan Neighborhood in 1999 due to the inadequacy of the existing production area at G\u0130MAT. Aiming for quality, KRAL is certified with Halal, TSE, ISO 9001:2000, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000 certificates. The processes for obtaining international hygiene and food safety certificates for KRAL facilities and products are proactively monitored.<\/span><\/p>\n
