The Modern Journey of Traditional Flavors from 1965 to Present:
The KRAL Family is one of Turkey’s leading families focused on quality in the food industry. In 1967, in a 30 m2 area in the Altındağ district of Ankara, our founder, Mehmet KÖKSAL, began a profound journey by starting the production of yufka (thin dough) and kadayıf (shredded wheat).
This beginning continued to evolve with products such as fried kadayif, produced in small home ovens under challenging conditions of the time.
